About Alexya
I am a current student studying a double Bachelors in Teaching and Science at the University of Adelaide. I have been a tutor for over a year to 15+ students. I have worked for myself, a tutoring agency and have been employed by a tutoring company. I have had 100% positive feedback from my students with many of my former students graduating year 12 having achieved their goals for the year and achieving high ATARS, proving both their efforts and the success of my teaching methodologies.

As a current pre-service teacher, I aim to mold and shape my lessons for each individual student to best accommodate their learning style and needs. I spend the majority of the first lesson with my students discussing their strengths and weaknesses, their goals etc. As a result, minimal teaching occurs in the first lesson, hence I charge half price for this introductory session. I firmly believe that any student can achieve their goals if they put in the hard work and follow the guidance, advice and help I provide. As part of my services I also offer 24/7 help to my students and include services such as proof reading and/or drafting assignments at no additional cost.

Details
The first lesson will span over a full hour, however I charge half price for the first lesson, so you will be charged the eqivalent of a half-hour lesson ($20)
I generally do not charge a travel fee, however if you are situated further than the Adelaide CBD and request lessons to be conducted in your home, a travel fee may be discussed and/or negotiated.
I also offer lessons to be held at the Adelaide University North Terrace Campus. If this option is chosen, a travel fee will not be charged.
