About Flavia

I am a dancer who found massive benefits from yoga, both in mind and body. I can say I learnt how to breathe thanks to yoga! I became very passionate with this millenary philosophy, discipline and lifestyle and I practise every day. My students love my classes and they leave the room (both online and offline) feeling brand new, refreshed and regenerated. I am really thankful for yoga!

About the lesson

I teach different styles of Yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Prenatal. I hold qualifications for all these styles. The lessons are focused on your wellbeing and on your needs. Whether you want to lose weight, or feel lighter, healthier and more joyful, you will gain amazing benefits with Yoga. I teach all levels and all ages. Lessons are an hour long.
