About Paulina

Hi, nice to meet you, my name is Paulina and I am a yoga teacher in London.

I discovered yoga in 2020, during lockdown. Through asanas, breathwork, and meditation, I unlocked a new level of inner freedom that allowed me to tap into the subtleties of my body and emotions. I went on to complete my first 200HR training with Yoga Renew, followed by a 300HR training with Om Yoga Flow.

In 2025, I returned to the roots of the practice, undertaking a further 200HR training in Rishikesh India. Learning there brought much reverence and appreciation for yoga as a discipline and prayer.

My teaching is informed not only by training but lived human experience. I developed an understanding of intelligent movement, unmatched patience and consistency. This led me into hours of self-study in mobility, flexibility and somatic awareness shaping a practice that is grounding, strong and deeply attuned to the nervous system.

With me, you can expect to be met exactly how you are, whilst being taken on a journey of all the possibilities your mind and body has to offer tapping into nervous system recalibration through breath-led movement, breathwork, meditation and flowing at your own pace. About the lesson

I offer a mindful approach, creating a safe space to tune into your own body and mind, and flow with whatever is present and true for you in the moment. Sessions are tailored to a participant's needs and are 50 min in length.

The sessions I offer are for adults, and equally beneficial for complete beginners (we all start somewhere) as well as those who have been practising for a while. Expect to walk away having learnt something new - whether it is about yoga or about yourself, as each session will be unique depending on where you are in your life journey, how your body and mind is feeling, and your personal effort in the practice.

I am 500HR certified in Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga yoga and have extra qualifications in breathwork and flexibility.
