About Jolie
Hi, I’m Jolie, a 500HR trained Yoga Teacher with a passion for creating calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves.
I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Vietnam and 300HR advanced training in Rishikesh, India, alongside further training in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki.
My teaching journey has taken me across Singapore, Vietnam and now Melbourne, from community and private classes to intimate yoga and sound healing experiences.
I believe yoga is not about perfect poses or being flexible. It’s about understanding your body, moving with awareness and finding a practice that genuinely feels good for you.
My approach is warm, patient and supportive — especially if you are completely new to yoga.

My classes are gentle, mindful and personalized to your body, experience and goals. I combine Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, mobility, breathwork and meditation, with optional sound healing using singing bowls.
A typical session is 60 minutes, with time to slow down, move mindfully and deeply relax.
I’m a 500HR trained Yoga Teacher, with training in Vietnam and India and teaching experience across Singapore, Vietnam and Melbourne.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and all levels, especially those looking to improve flexibility, release tension, reduce stress or simply enjoy a calmer, more mindful yoga practice.
