I am a 500hr trained vinyasa yoga teacher, who started practicing yoga 15 years ago. My mat is a place where I find agency, resilience and calm. I love sharing the practice with students so they might feel these benefits too.

I meet students where they are at, and make adjustments as needed. Every body is different… but the human body adapts: it becomes more and more able to do the things it practises, so we develop a steady practice and take on challenges that feel within reach. Practicing yoga poses is always for the practitioner - never about meeting an instructor’s expectations. As the teacher, I am there to guide, but it is your practice. You are always choosing and modulating as you go. Through the physical practice and breath-work we cultivate mindfulness and calm. Yoga should leave you feeling rejuvenated in body, mind and soul.
