Hi! I am Julie, I am a 500hr certified Yoga Instructor, and I have more than 10 years yoga self practice.
I think it is important to note that yoga is accessible to everyone. There are so many tools that yoga offers, which means it will benefit virually everyone!
On a personal note, Yoga has transformed my life. I believe in the transformative and healing power of yoga and I know it is so much more than a phyical excercise; though the benefits for that alone are numerous.
I have a big interest in Yoga Therapy and I have completed 50 hrs training. I am continuously reading and attending seminars on this subject.

My teaching style is focused on giving my students space to breath and re-center using asana, pranayama, and meditation. I promote relaxation while encouraging you in certain areas to achieve alignment within the body and mind.
Private Classes:
I like to design my private classes to work for your individual physical needs. (eg. Hamstring tightness, Overall flexibility, Splits, Weightloss etc.)
I integrate the principles of Yoga Therapy into my classes to help with common ailments or energy blocks
(eg. Yoga for Depression, Anxiety , Yoga to improve Sleep, Yoga for energy, Yoga for healing the Heart Chakra, Yoga for ADHD, Yoga for a particular health condition etc.)
Group Classes:
I am currently offering group classes in Ashtanga, Vynyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga.
Yoga Nidra:
I now offer Yoga Nidra for Group classes or Private classes as part of treatment.
