In addition to my training, I have led over thousands of classes, focusing on creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. My approach emphasizes safe alignment, mindfulness, and breath awareness, which I believe are essential for a fulfilling yoga practice.
I also regularly attend workshops and classes to deepen my knowledge and stay updated with the latest developments in the field of yoga. My passion for yoga extends beyond the mat; I actively engage with the community, organizing events and working with people one-one.
