About Victoria

My name is Victoria Herczek, and I am an experienced professional dancer with a Master’s degree in Dance and Acting. My mission is to accompany people on their healing journeys through the practice of asanas. Through this, I aim to help you find your own path to growth and discover the many benefits that contact with me can bring to your life.

I am the creator of the brand Victoria’s Holistic Wellbeing. I share this with you because I want you to join me in the process of reconnecting with your truth. In this role, I feel like the Goddess of Holistic Wellbeing and a mentor for your Holistic Life Journey. I wish for you to spare yourself the struggle of learning alone about what your wellbeing should look like. Stop feeling perpetually tired, overworked, and devoid of energy. Instead, start living a life filled with joy and vitality.

Through working with me, you will discover that there is more to life than what you see around you. My background in professional dance and my Master’s degree in Dance and Acting allow me to introduce various techniques that enhance wellbeing. After ten years of intense self-development and spiritual and health journeys, I live my dream life, and I want to share with you the secret of how I achieved this.

About the lesson

Transform your yoga journey in classes led by Victoria Herczek, a certified instructor with over 500 hours of training in India and more than 10 years of practice. My classes offer an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of yoga in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

During my sessions, I place special emphasis on body awareness, balance, and energy management. Each session combines breath work, asanas, and relaxation tailored to the individual needs of the participants. This ensures that the classes will be suitable for you, regardless of your level of experience.
