Hello, my name is Cinceir Holmes I have been personal training for 2 years but got my CPT last year and have been doing PT at crunch fitness since then. I specialize in

- Toned/True Strength muscle building

- Nutrition

- Fat Loss

I have my Bachelors in Kinesiology as well as currently getting my Masters in Strength and Human Performance. I also have a lot of training experience in track from my 10 years of running.

I love to help educate and teach people about better health whether it’s physical, mental, or all the above.

About the lesson

Personal trainer lessons offered by are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Dallas. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
