About Michael
This is for sincere/mature students who want to have fun as they master the greatest instrument in the world! Unlock the secrets of the fretboard while learning all the techniques your favorite guitarists use. This is for those interested in discovering THEIR voice on electric guitar, so you can express the music that's already inside you just waiting to rock out!
I have been playing for over 20 years, and decided to take the instrument "seriously" in 2015. Since then, I've treated my guitar education like graduate school... Learning advanced techniques and theory so I could not only play other people's songs, but also express what I've always wanted to express on the instrument.
I am most passionate about rock/blues/fusion electric guitar... With an emphasis on shred! The most important thing for me is understanding the fretboard... To have it make some logical sense, so improvisation becomes second nature. You won't be sticking in one area of the neck!
If you're interested in learning to master techniques such as: sliding, bending, tapping, alternate/hybrid/sweep/economy picking... This is for you!
