About Jakob

I have worked as a volunteer tutor at my university, and am currently taking modern physics. I have completed multivariable calculus and differential equations level math with high grades. When my friends have a question I'm the one they ask.

About the lesson

Lessons structured around the needs of the student. I can assess your level and address what needs strengthening or just work through any problems or concepts that you find difficult. I will ask questions to guide thinking and help students understand a concept rather than just memorizing it.

Jakob is an awesome tutor! He is so patient when explaining new or confusing topics, and is able to come up with lots of examples and keep teaching in new ways to explain a concept until I can understand and feel confident In the skill. He genuinely wants you to understand the math and how it works, and does his very best to help you get there. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for an awesome Math tutor!
