About Sophia
I have been teaching Yoga for 6 years already, and love watching people progress through their Yoga journey over time. I want to teach a few more classes weekly, so what better way to do it than online?! I have taught 1-2-1’s for years also, including teaching Yoga throughout pregnancies. Each and every class will be tailored to you and your needs/goals, to make sure each class brings you the most benefit!

To name a few, you have a personalised class tailored to your needs/goals, whether they be anxiety/stress reduction, or flexibility/injury recovery etc. I will work with you towards achieving your goals and helping you improve your health in mind, body and spirit.
You will be in a safe space to ask any questions about the practice with me, without feeling on the spot.
