About Gillian
I am a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and former D1 collegiate athlete. I have taught for over 7 years, and have practiced since I was 12. I currently teach all ages, but I teach advanced classes through yoga six, Corepower, at lifetime, and privates.

In my class, I will first check in with where your at and what kind of movement and flow you are needing. Tuning into your energy, and what you need in the present moment. I am able to teach yoga history, yoga facts, and stories. I am able to make the practice very challenging and strengthening, more restorative, basic to learn postures. I can also provide sculpt classes and workouts, meditation. My intention is to help you grow in yoga however you want.
