I am a holistic mental wellness coach who empowers high achievers to naturally heal their mind, so they can overcome anxiety, step into self-love and confidence, and feel like themselves again! I have completely transformed my mind from crippling anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, all without the use of medication, and I'm on a mission to show you how to do the same! Yoga is a powerful tool that runs far deeper than the physical practice. It is a lifestyle of 8 limbs, all conducive to healing the mind, body, spirit, and our home planet. Yoga is the gateway to unity, with the mind, body, and spirit. As a mental warrior, yoga is the most powerful tool I have encountered for healing, and absolutely changed my life. I offer private classes for individuals or groups, ranging from 45-90 minutes depending on preference. From beginners to intermediate and advanced students, I can tailor the class to perfectly suit your needs, accommodating for injuries and traumas as well. I specialize in hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga, so I can create a perfect class for you, tailored to your unique needs.
