About Alexis
Alexis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) passionate about making yoga accessible to all. As a mom of two, she specializes in supporting mothers at every stage of their journey—helping them feel confident, strong, and empowered in their bodies.
Her approach is deeply personal. After seeing how yoga has supported her own daughter, who lives with a genetic disorder, in building mobility and confidence, Alexis is committed to creating inclusive, supportive spaces for every student.
She welcomes all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, with a focus on meeting each individual exactly where they are.

My classes are designed to meet students where they are, whether they are new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice. I offer accessible, alignment-focused flows that emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper form. Each class includes clear cueing, modifications, and personalized guidance to help students move safely and confidently.
With a special passion for supporting mothers, my classes focus on building strength, mobility, balance, and resilience both on and off the mat. Every session is thoughtfully sequenced to serve the needs of the students in the room, creating an inclusive environment where all ages, abilities, and experience levels feel welcome.
