About Lauren
I have been practising yoga for many years and my path into teaching wasn’t linear. I spent years working in the corporate world and experienced burnout firsthand. That chapter of my life taught me how important balance, movement and mental resilience truly are.
Fitness has always been my passion. I’m naturally strong, competitive and driven — I love to challenge myself through running, strength training and HYROX-style training. But I’ve also learned that performance means nothing without recovery, mobility and mental wellbeing.
Yoga helped me find that balance. It taught me how to train hard while still taking care of my body and mind. It showed me how to combine strength with softness, discipline with rest.
Now, I teach because I want others — especially busy, high-performing people — to feel strong, capable and energised without burning out. My sessions are about building resilience, confidence and sustainable health.
For me, wellbeing isn’t about extremes. It’s about balance — and that’s what I love helping others discover.

I’m a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher specialising in dynamic, strength-based styles including Rocket and Vinyasa yoga. My sessions are designed to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
I’m currently training as a Level 3 & 4 Pilates instructor (Mat and Reformer), allowing me to blend yoga and Pilates principles for balanced, intelligent programming tailored to your goals.
My approach combines strength training with mobility, rest and recovery to help you feel strong, resilient and energised — not burnt out. I’m passionate about health, fitness and overall wellness, and I create supportive, motivating sessions suitable for all levels.
As an added benefit, my partner is a qualified sports therapist, giving me additional insight into injury prevention, rehabilitation principles and safe performance training.
Whether you want to build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress or improve overall fitness, I offer personalised sessions to help you feel confident and empowered in your body.
