About Nischal
Namaskar I have worked in different fields like jewelry, construction and hotel sector. Yoga chitt vrithi nirodha Yoga is a blessing to mankind propounded by the great sage Maharishi Patanjali. In modern times it is most essential to practice yoga in daily life to increase productivity, feel energetic and have clarity of thought. After becoming a yoga teacher my life completely transformed I am running my own management business and want to share the knowledge of yoga to others in my free time so that we all grow together. Yoga classes will include warmup sessions, different types of energizing pranayam, breath coordinated asanas, relaxing pranayam techniques and we top it off with blissful meditation. Online Yoga Classes Even if you are a beginner or an Expert in Yoga. I shall be teaching you many aspects about Patanjali Yog Sutras, Daily Asanas practice, Energizing Pranayam like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika and Relaxing Pranayams like Shetali, Bhahmi, Nadi Shodhan, etc. and not to forget Blissful guided Meditations. Classes include sharing Knowledge of The Patanjali Yog Sutras which have a very deep impact on our life while practicing yoga. Asanas include: Warmup, Standing Asanas, Sitting Asanas, Supine Asanas, Prone Asanas. Each asana can be performed with variations. Each asana has its contraindications and benefits which will be explained in the classes. Followed by deep Yog Nidra session and we top it off with a Blissful Meditation. Each Class shall progress according to the student's capabilities and has a doubt clearing session followed by sharing your yoga journey and any difficulties faced therein. So let's connect and transform our lives together.
