About Olga
I have 6 years of experience teaching yoga to people of different ages, nationalities, and cultures. I can speak Ukrainian, Urdu, English, and Russian. I believe that everyone is unique and has a different body, and our imperfections are what make us unique. I find that yoga helps us improve in many ways but it is not about the destination, it is about the journey, and learning to be kind to yourself.
