About Brooke
Brooke has worked with large yoga classes and 1:1 practice. She has 2 different 200 hour trainings and is also a certified personal trainer. Her teaching is very alignment and anatomy focused so you are able to understand how to best use your body safely and in the best way for you. You will leave her sessions feeling better informed and physically and emotionally more aligned.

Brooke is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, and a 200 hour Registered Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with a focus on trauma response and meditation. With over 400 hours of training and hundreds of hours of teaching and self practice she is here to help you grow in your practice.
