About Delaney
I love teaching outdoors and believe movement can be a way to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. I appreciate taking things slowly, paying attention and listening to what your body is actually telling you. I’m interested in helping people develop the awareness to know when to challenge themselves, when to modify and when to rest.

I believe movement should meet you where you are. My private sessions are completely personalized to your body, goals, experience and what you actually enjoy doing.
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Certified Group Fitness Instructor with experience teaching yoga, strength and conditioning, mobility, aquatic fitness and meditation. I work with everyone from complete beginners to experienced students looking to deepen their practice.
My teaching style is creative and encouraging. I love helping people understand their bodies, build confidence in their movement and find a practice that actually works for their life. We can keep things gentle and restorative, build strength and mobility, work toward specific yoga poses, or combine different styles depending on what you need.
You do not have to be flexible, fit, or “good at yoga” to start. You just have to show up as you are.
