About Raine
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and my teaching is deeply informed by my own journey with lower back pain and recovery. I understand firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to return to movement, which is why I teach with patience, clarity, and respect for each body’s limits. My classes are thoughtfully paced, alignment-focused, and adaptable, offering a calm, supportive space where students feel safe, encouraged, and confident moving at their own rhythm.

My yoga lessons are thoughtfully designed to support individuals experiencing lower back pain through safe, mindful movement. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, I offer Hatha and Vinyasa–inspired classes that focus on gentle strengthening, mobility, breath awareness, and proper alignment. Each session is adaptable, beginner-friendly, and paced with care, creating a supportive space to build confidence, reduce discomfort, and reconnect with your body at your own rhythm.
