About Charlie
Currently studying part time towards my BSc in Zoology with environmental science, I am offering my services to bring my knowledge to modern curriculum and enthuse with students about the science of Biology. I have been helping others to learn even when I myself was in school; from assisting the science department in open evenings to private tutoring up to A-Level standards. I believe there is great importance in bringing my enthusiasm for Biology to those who have minds for moulding. Biology CAN be fun. It's about inspiring young people to discover the magic of science, sparking ideas of curiosity; which are critical to a students journey of learning.

For Biology I like to encompass the technicalities of science into a fun lesson structure supported by a five step lesson plan; question, answer, practice, assessment, individual practice. I assess the students specific needs and tailor lessons accordingly. It's a out finding what I need to help shine a light on. To have that penny-drop eureka moment and confidently leave with a greater understanding of the science.
