Kun very kindly spent a couple of hours of his time recently giving me an enlightening and enjoyable introduction to the basics of Qigong, both the exercises and the philosophy behind them. He is a very patient, knowledgeable and wise teacher!

Kun XU is very friendly and playful in his approach - starting the first lesson showing us how to paint Chinese characters with a brush! He has a deep knowledge of Chinese culture especially Taoism having spent time in a monastery devoted to Taoism and QiGong. At the same time he emphasises the way QiGong developed through practical experimentation & encourages his pupils to mold the exercise to their own body, not to change their body to fit the exercise. This is reinforced by his constant encouragement to listen to your body as you practice . All this is all done with a great attention to detail and in a spirit of fun and experiment. He is generous with his time and addresses individual health issues students have. I heartily recommend Kun XU as a teacher of QiGong for both individuals and groups.

I’ve known Kun for nearly 30 years, and one thing that has never changed is his youthful spirit and genuine kindness. He has always approached life with patience, curiosity, and a positive attitude, which naturally carries over into the way he teaches Tai Chi.

I really enjoyed my Qigong class . From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and able to slow down, relax and focus on myself.

Kin creates a calm and positive atmosphere, and explains everything in a very clear and natural way. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend his classes.

I really enjoy Eric's teaching style because he encourages me to explore and discover my own way of practising, rather than simply asking me to imitate him.

His understanding of Qigong is logical, practical, and easy to apply, which is quite different from that of many other Qigong teachers I have learned from.
