About Rawlings

I am Coach Rawlings Semlek, a Youth Sports Mental Health Coach and Mentor dedicated to helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, emotional resilience, and a winning mindset. I combine football development experience, performance psychology principles, and spiritual–mental first aid to guide youths towards excellence on and off the pitch.

My coaching style is friendly, supportive, and practical, focused on helping young people understand themselves, set meaningful goals, overcome pressure, and grow into strong, balanced leaders. Whether working with beginners, academy players, or young adults navigating life decisions, I provide structured mentorship that builds character, clarity, and purpose.
