About Tilman
I am currently completing my Masters in Sports Science. During my studies, I have worked with all kinds of athletes in several fitness studios. This also included internships at Werder Bremen, FC Magdeburg and CrossFit in the USA. I am a nutrition coach certified by Precision Nutrition (Level 1) and I am also certified in medical training therapy so that I know what to do in the event of injuries.

This is meant to be a learning experience that, ideally, you will carry on for the rest of your life! We stay in close contact so that we can overcome hurdles together and discuss strategies for how the process will continue. You and your goals are the focus, I accompany you on your journey.
