About Susan
Total command of a language begins with understanding the rhythm of its culture. Grammar is not the enemy of expression. I use my BMus degree to teach the musicality of Spanish pronunciation. Intermediate learners often find my recorded listening drills for daily practice to be quite helpful.
We shift between formal exam preparation for the DELE and everyday phrases for beginners. It is a fluid experience.

Combining the structure of formal voice training with the linguistic depth of my Modern Languages degree led me directly into this field. Language is a performance art.
My 6 years of experience have allowed me to support 376 students on their unique paths. I bridge the gap between Latin American and Castilian variants with ease. It is a joy to help kids and teens navigate complex grammar. Idioms and expressions bring a text to life.
My patience remains constant even when verb conjugation feels like a chore. I find myself returning to the same rhythms I once studied in the conservatoire.
