Regarding food by the same path, now there are many processed industries that are responsible for putting thousands and thousands of processed and preservatives into food so that it has a greater intensity of flavor and lasts longer, but the quality is zero. My learning methods are JURASSIC with my clients, they can be both face-to-face and online, depending on the availability of each person and the distance. Normally, the first contact I do is to collect information and specify diet and training. First consultation totally free and from there we get down to work. Every 3 weeks, new anthropometric measurements (fat level) are made, a new calculation in the diet and different types of training.
