I have a proven track record of successfully tutoring children between the ages of 7 and 11 in various subjects. I am skilled at creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster a love of learning. My areas of expertise include reading, writing, science and math.

About the lesson

My tutoring methods have helped children improve their literacy skills and achieve academic success. I work one-on-one with your child to address their specific needs and learning styles. I have tutored students in gifted programs and have helped students qualify for their school’s gifted program as well.

Patricia Marie House was a tutor for our two children, elementary and middle school in Sammamish, from 2020 through 2022. She was able to teach them in the way that worked best for each of them and it was wonderful to see their improvement. Our son was in the gifted program at his school, and our daughter qualified for the gifted program with the tutoring she received from Marie. They both enjoyed working with her.
She was timely in communicating with me to discuss curriculum, as well as flexible to accomodate our children's extracurricular activities. Marie is an absolutely great tutor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a tutor for their children.
