Hi, my name is Stella.

I live in London, and I am here to make your life optimal.

I run 3 e-commerce companies which are in my passion niche (I'm on my dream life-line).

I have mastered the art of living life on your own terms and ensuring that each moment is blissful.

Welcome!

As you already know, each and every single person is different.

We have different wants, needs and goals.

So why use only ONE approach like most modern therapists do and apply it to a vast variety of different people? Thing is, it’s not tailored custom to your life. Which is of main importance here.

I will help you discover a passion that you can monetise and scale.

Unfortunately, in the love world, it is all a game. I will help you attract that person you’re crushing on or help you seek out someone who will bring out your best self.

- Learning how to read people
Using psychological techniques, humans are actually quite simple creatures. Learning how to read people is a key skill to not get taken advantage of.

- The power of the mind
How to switch your mind from feeling underachieved to a ‘can-do’ mentality.

- Analysing constructive and the destrictive
My secret formula which will let you know whether something is good or bad for you.

- Bio-hacking for optimal health

Combining a psychological, spiritual and practical approaches, you will get a triad of the best outlooks on your life. I will give you weekly tasks and we will have a shared document to keep on track with your goals.

I’m not going to tell you to stop eating chocolate. Chocolate is a pleasure, You shouldn’t get rid of life’s pleasures, that just leaves it dull and tasteless. Thrill is fun. The point is not to be a robot. Getting out of your comfort zone is key. We will not be limiting you, we will be broadening you.

I will also talk about anything else you want. This is YOUR time. Do you know how good it feels to talk about yourself and let out all the clutter of your mind without getting any judgement? It’s a release. You will have much more clarity.

Our sessions will take place online, at any time that suits you. I am looking forward to joining you on YOUR life journey and helping you live life like it’s a movie.
