About Mohit
I have got a bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Master in Project Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Web Development.
I work in a technical support role in an IT organization here in Winnipeg. I deal with Shopify store, HTML, CAA and JavaScript on daily basis.

I believe in "Practice makes a men perfect". The more you practice, the more you gain knowledge and become comfortable with it.
For me practice/home work after classes is as important as classes/lectures itself. The following are the steps that I follow when teaching an individual
1. Give an informative lecture on the topic with many relevant example and practice questions
2. Give the student a task to complete that will require them to use the knowledge gained in lecture/class. The student will have to work on this task independently without my support. *0% of the time it will take too long to complete and maybe will not be able to complete the task properly but that is fine.
3. I then look at the work, give my suggestion for improvement and work on it together with the students to make those improvement.
4. The next step is to give the similar task again to the student but at the end I will just give suggestions and will ask student to re-do their task according to the suggestions given. After their second attempt, I will then look at the task complete and give my suggestions for improvement again if required.
