About Emm

I've been dancing since I was 7 years old and teaching movements has always been a journey that connects our mind to our body and keeps you in tune with yourself. I danced tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and tumbling. Its hard to choose which style is my all time favorite but when it comes to flexibility, tumbling is runner up.

About the lesson

- Will demonstrate beginner friendly flexibility stretches to reach a trick
for example. the splits (:
- Will be focusing on movement of stretches to connect mind to body.
- ALL levels are welcome or even if this is your first time and you want to get a little flexible, this is a stretching based tumbling class
