About Alex
I am a retired university professor, 25 years of teaching Political Science, Constitutional Law, International Relations and Research Methods. Several times selected Best Teacher of the Year by students; recipient of the prestigious award by the American Political Science Association For Excellence in Teaching Political Science.
My teaching objectives vary, depending upon the course level and content. In designing a course and student evaluation scheme, I try to maximize student participation and accomplishments. At the undergraduate level, my teaching format generally includes a PowerPoint presentation backed up by handouts, questions and creative exercises to encourage class discussion.
