About Aurélien

I have always been quite athletic, but I really found an activity that fully blossomed for me by practicing kung fu at the age of 18. I did it for four years, at a very intensive pace. At the same time, I started boxing again at the age of 20 and took part in several university competitions, in English boxing as well as in French boxing. The kung fu I practiced is a northern style, with a predominance of kicks and jumps, facilitating the subsequent practice of French boxing. I also studied Wing-Chun, a famous style suitable for melee and self-defense. During this time, I obtained my DEUG STAPS at the University Lille 2 then the License STAPS at the University of Lyon 1. It has been two years since I resumed the practice of judo, I had done seven years being small, I am a green belt.

About the lesson

In my learning journey, at the university as in the various clubs in which I practiced, I have learned that the greatest quality of a teacher is to adapt to his student. Therefore, I will do the same and I will offer you appropriate content to your request. Martial arts are a form of self-actualization and like many activities, they can be approached in many different ways. Whether your desire is to acquire defense techniques, to practice a physical activity marked by Asian tradition, to improve technically for a competition, to get back in shape or simply to learn about combat activities, it will suffice to tell me so that I can adapt the content and the form of the teaching. The different styles of Boxing will allow you to learn to defend yourself effectively and to no longer be afraid of a confrontation while forging you a physical condition, the self-defense it focuses on the destruction of an enemy while the Kung -Fu will take you in the footsteps of Chinese history, through energetic, complex movements of rare beauty.
