About Manel

Being a former ballerina whose had to be fit her whole life I know all the tricks to help you loose weight fast. I have survived anorexia and therefore I won’t be putting you through starvation and make you feel weak in order to find results. The mind is everything and I really believe in positive thinking, I will be coaching your habits not only diet and sport but also the way you think of yourself.
