I'm Mr L S NGCOBO
I have a special and unique gift for teaching.
Its has been my dream since i was a small child teaching my peers and my younger brother andsisters .
Teaching is really rewarding. It's satisfying to see children progress both academically and non-academically as rounded people and future citizens. You might not realise it but you are the children's role model.

The foundation of teaching is relationship. Establish a connection with each student that lets them know you understand them, and that you care. Give each student unconditional positive regard in your interactions as best as you can. If you make a mistake, say I made a mistake I’m sorry. Role model adaptive behavior. Establish trust by letting them know it is ok to make a mistake. Ensure your classroom is safe to fail and make a mistake. Don’t allow other students to ridicule, tease or not treat each other with respect.
