About Daniel A
I'm Daniel Silva! I love languages!
I have always been fascinated by languages and have studied many throughout my life, including English, German, French and Portuguese. I received my degree in Foreign language education from the National University of Colombia and have been teaching languages for 15+ years.
My teaching philosophy centers around making language learning engaging and fun. I believe that language acquisition is most effective when it is tied to meaningful, real-world contexts and I strive to create lessons that reflect this. Whether it's through conversational practice, games, or cultural immersion activities, I work hard to ensure that my students are actively engaged in the learning process.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have also spent time living and working in Germany, Colombia, and the USA, where I had the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the language and culture. This experience deepened my understanding and appreciation of the language, and I love sharing my insights with my students.
My ultimate goal as a language teacher is to empower my students with the tools to communicate confidently and effectively in the target language. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your language-learning goals!
