About Ndikhona Ntwenhle

I prescribe a healthy diet. I train or help people to fulfill their health fitness. I am a personal trainer. I give what people need. If the person wants something different, I prescribe the best exercises for that specific preference. I work 1 on 1 or in groups. I am a student so some of the days I won't be available.

About the lesson

Firstly, i evaluate your body. Get all the body measurements weights .l, fats,etc.

Secondly, I prescribe healthy diet for your health purposes, write a program for your exercises. Do exercises at least 4 to 5 times a week, 4 hours each day.
