About Catharine
"Music remains the core of my life since childhood because singing connects us. Building solid technique while maintaining the pure joy of performance is my focus, which is why I help students gain confidence within 1 term. Achieving pitch control and vibrato control requires time, but we integrate belting technique alongside breathing control and vocal range extension.
My BMus from Queensland Conservatorium informs how I teach rhythm and phrasing, head and chest voice, and warm-up exercises to ensure long-term health. I guide singers toward their stage goals by establishing a foundation that makes them feel invincible."

Students start by mastering vocal placement before moving to complex dynamics. My BMus training ensures that we prioritize healthy mechanics over quick fixes. Breathing control exercises anchor every session to prevent strain. I break down difficult passages into manageable segments to refine your phrasing.
We then move into head and chest voice transitions to smooth out the registers. My 13 years of experience means I identify issues before they become bad habits. You will find that these sessions mirror the rigor of a conservatory studio. I truly enjoy watching the transformation as your voice finds its true power during our time together."
