About Hannah
Hi there! I'm Hannah, in Year 11 in Melbourne's South East. I'm taking 6 Unit 1 & 2 subjects: English, Psychology, Biology, Health & Human Development, Theatre Studies, and Contemporary Music Performance. I am a big believer that learning should be personal and engaging, linking ideas and exploring the wonders of how intentional our world is. Out-of-school life is crucial to success. I enforce this in my own studies; when I'm not at school, I'm on stage, in every musical I can be in, at rehearsal, writing poetry or doing some kind of craft.
I prioritize a comfortable and relaxed environment, in hopes of reducing stress. I am all too aware of the stresses of high school, and I would love to provide you with peace of mind throughout your studies where I can. I am not one of those people who are naturally smart; I have not always been good at Biology, but through my own methods and my passion for Biology I've landed an average score of 80-90 most of the time.
I am new to tutoring, so I am willing to work with someone who is also nervous about the prospect of tutoring. Likelihood is, I am almost as nervous as you!
I care about being kind and genuine, and I would treat you with respect and do everything I can to help you throughout sessions. Patience is a priority in my teaching, and I would hope that you would treat me with some of the same values.

I'm willing to help with Biology topics up to VCE Unit 1. Happy to teach in person at a local library or online during agreed-upon times. I'm super passionate about Biology, and we could learn together through the process!
Lessons might be anywhere from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, whatever makes you feel most comfortable. My lessons can be for students needing a little extra clarification on topics learnt in class. I understand that Biology is sometimes hard to wrap your head around, but I will do my best to provide you some peace of mind!
