About Axel Rafael
Since I was 9 years old I have sought to better understand the people around me, and learn what is necessary to find inner balance, and help others achieve the same. And over the years I have invested much of my free time in deepening knowledge related to Biology, Sociology, History, Emotional Intelligence, Psychology, and Spirituality.
However, it wasn't until I was 21 that I began to realize that this was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
After graduating from medical school, I worked as an English teacher at the Wall Street English School to help with household expenses, and to improve my public speaking skills that I had developed during my 7 years of college.
Eventually, having felt that I had learned what was necessary, I organized myself to quit my job and invest in what I had always liked to do, and that I only realized after so long that it would be of value to others.
After all, I had been doing this for tons of years, and about 2 years ago I officially started serving clients and patients of all ages and walks of life.
Few sensations are more pleasurable for me than to notice the evolution of those who seek my help and to hear from the mouths of those I have helped that they are feeling much better than before and that they thank me from the bottom of their hearts :-)

I am a General Practitioner of Integrative approach, Holistic Therapist and Psycho-emotional Coach, and use tools such as:
- Verbal Processes;
- Therapeutic Coaching;
- Financial Coaching.
It is by making use of these tools that, in sessions that focus on the Conscious or the Subconscious, a relaxed and informal conversation takes place where the right questions are posed so that:
- together we get to the root of your problems and worries;
- become aware of the infinite possibilities that you never considered;
- eliminate beliefs that block your life and develop beliefs that enable powerful changes;
- determine new strategies geared toward improving your situation.
These sessions are for you if:
- you are an Adult or a Teenager over the age of 12;
- you have been dealing with Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, among other Psycho-emotional and Neurological situations;
- you hate your current job or the course you are taking;
- you are feeling a high level of Stress (that massages do not solve);
- you feel a lack of focus in your studies and work;
- you have trouble being consistent or finishing what you started;
- you are convinced that life and your country are unfair;
- you have difficulty trusting other people;
- you have childhood traumas or phobias that you can't overcome;
- you want to enjoy life more with joy and motivation.
