Have worked with autistic kids 30 years ago. Then real estate career gave me am edge "counseling" people in all walks of life. Decade ago worked with mentally challenged adults helping them navigate the basics of life, like grocery shopping, money management, self care etc.

I'm more of a consultative person then dictatorship. I talk through problems robe and find the core reason together find solutions that's more comfortable and durable rather than a chore. Most importantly getting in touch with the inner self and once word building confidence.
