About Brittany
I have a background in social work and counselling as well as my 200hr yoga teacher hatha vinyasa qualification. I am currently completing further yoga training.
I have taught at numerous studios in Sydney, Australia and overseas as well.

My background has been teaching general hatha vinyasa classes, beginners and more specific classes for individuals who may be experiencing anxiety and stress. I am a trauma informed yoga teacher and am able to modify and adjust classes based on specific needs. This could be slowing down the practice, using props and providing some information on how different experiences can impact our physical and mental health.
