About Emily
Singing began for me as a series of stage performances that eventually transitioned into full-time instruction. My technical foundation rests upon a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the Berklee College of Music. Focusing on vocal range extension, genre styling across pop or classical and musical theatre, I help performers navigate stage fear management.
Diction, articulation, microphone technique, and warm-up exercises form the core of my methodology. Rhythm, phrasing, exam preparation, sight singing, and pitch control remain vital to my practice. I am happy to chat if you want to discuss your goals.

Stepping into the room, you will hear the immediate difference that correct posture makes to your resonance. We begin by adjusting your physical alignment to ensure the air flows without tension.
Over 13 years of teaching, I have found that small adjustments to your breath support usually fix the most persistent pitch issues. You will get clear feedback on your phrasing during every single song we analyze. We examine the song structure so that your interpretation feels grounded and authentic.
I prefer to keep things practical so you leave the studio with sounds you can actually hear. You can expect a steady flow of constructive guidance throughout our time together.
