About Rachel
I have been tutoring for more than 10 years, students of all ages. I am notorious for my relentless positivity and ability to identify specific points for improvement that make progress more accessible! I have worked with students with learning disabilities and anxieties, students who were exceptionally gifted looking to be challenged, students who just needed some help with their heavy homework load, and everything in between.

My approach to tutoring focuses on praising achievements, being efficient in time management to get the most work done, and leaving the student feeling confident that whatever we haven't done together they will be able to accomplish effectively on their own! The more self-sufficient they feel, the more I've done my job and we can move on to more advanced work.
