About Leon
I'm Leon and I'm a fitness nut. Started out a skinny lad who couldn't put a gram on to bulking to an uncomfortable weight and having to lose it. I know both sides of struggles while working an active 40 hour week. Follow my training to see week after week results whether it's gaining strength and muscle or losing weight! Other trainers don't always understand that you have a tied up schedule and falling off the bandwagon is going to be a recurring thing. I expect it and will guide you back on your path.

The best way to gain muscle and/or lose fat. Stick to my programme based on your schedule/needs and you will get results! We'll talk about what you want to achieve and put a programme around it, any niggles or injuries we'll work around and will concentrate on to resolve and base a diet keeping the foods you love in whilst achieving your goals

Leon is an exceptional personal train, he got me from not being able to do a pullup to being able to rep out 20kg+ weighted pullups and my first muscle-up. He has more than alot of knowledge when it comes to the body and muscle growth and is very clear in his teachings.
