About Harold Wood
Complete beginners often assume that grammar rules are the only path toward fluency. In reality, mastering a language requires consistent vocabulary building and dedicated listening practice to truly hear the rhythm of speech. Developing clear pronunciation and using everyday phrases creates a bridge to genuine communication.
Over the course of 13 years, I have taught hundreds of students ranging from novices to those refining their AP Spanish. My MA in Applied Linguistics from Boston College informs my precise approach. I genuinely enjoy sharing the vibrant linguistic textures of Madrid with my students.
