About Philip
Precision defines my character as a mentor who focuses heavily on technical accuracy. After 13 years as a practicing architect using Revit daily, I now guide students and professionals through the nuances of BIM fundamentals and complex project management.
My Diploma in BIM and Digital Construction from Victoria University of Wellington grounds my instruction in industry standards, ensuring your work remains clean and coordinated throughout the entire design phase. I enjoy supporting learners at all stages, from those navigating basic levels and grids to advanced users refining material takeoffs or managing families and parameters. Teaching you to master phasing, design options, and exporting to IFC or DWG brings me genuine satisfaction, and I look forward to helping you reach your professional goals.

We define your current skill level before jumping straight into practical documentation sets. My 8 years of dedicated teaching experience, complemented by 13 years in practice, ensure that every minute counts. We prioritize efficient workflows for sheets, views, and viewports.
Project-based lessons using a real building model provide the perfect environment for applying these specific skills. 247 students have successfully navigated my curriculum so far. You will finish our time together feeling ready for any professional challenge.
