About Lupita
Sitting at the piano for decades, the distinct tactile resistance of the keys has become the primary language I speak. My 13 years of experience spans from performing in major halls to teaching 498 students the nuances of internalizing complex works.
I earned my Bachelor of Music from Rice University Shepherd School, which deeply refined my understanding of scales and arpeggios. Students often come to me to master memorization techniques and sophisticated chord voicing.

Your first session begins with a rigorous audit of your current technical capacity. You will observe how I apply 13 years of experience to solve your specific playing obstacles. We prioritize pop and contemporary styles alongside strict classical foundations. Weekly practice modules are assigned with every class to ensure consistent development.
You must complete these tasks to advance. My methods focus on efficient movement and mental focus.
Sight playing becomes simple with my specific system. We evaluate your progress at every 6.0 minute interval of our meeting. It is genuinely enjoyable to watch a student conquer a difficult passage through steady, disciplined effort.
