About Zula
PhD candidate at the University of Chicago is my current academic status, though my focus remains entirely on clear communication. Teaching mechanics, thermodynamics, and electrostatics requires translating complex systems into relatable, everyday language for my students. I have worked with 500 students who often arrive with specific mental blocks that stop their progress entirely.
My approach avoids abstract formulas until we have first examined the actual phenomena at play. I spent 8 years learning how to teach effectively, a skill set distinct from merely practicing physics. Many self-taught learners come to me when they need their conceptual gaps mapped properly. It is quite rewarding to see these patterns finally click for them.

Starting with a 10.0 rated free trial session allows us to isolate those specific weak areas before we commit to a broader plan. This initial meeting serves to identify the one roadblock currently preventing your advancement in topics like optics or numerical problem solving.
Once we pinpoint that friction, we work backwards from your primary goal to ensure a logical path. Graph interpretation and lab work become far less intimidating when the logic is broken down into manageable pieces.
I emphasize a structured layering of math over foundational concepts to build your confidence systematically. My 8 years of instruction inform how I guide students through competition prep for JEE, NEET, or Olympiad exams. Does this methodical way of untangling difficult concepts align with how you prefer to study?
