About Nora
I am a passionate Mathematics tutor with 8 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Mathematics. I enjoy helping students overcome fear of numbers and develop a strong problem-solving mindset. My teaching style is patient, clear, and structured, ensuring that students understand each concept thoroughly before moving to advanced topics.
Over the years, I have guided many students to improve their academic performance by strengthening their basics. I identify individual learning gaps and provide personalised support to help students improve step by step. I believe Mathematics becomes easy when students understand logic rather than memorising formulae.

I focus on core areas such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics. Each topic is explained step by step so students understand the logic behind formulae instead of memorising them blindly, which improves long-term clarity and confidence.
I use structured methods including stepwise problem solving, visual explanations, and practice-based learning. Concepts like equations, factorisation, coordinate geometry, and trigonometric identities are broken into easy steps. Regular exercises, timed practice tests, and revision sessions help students improve speed, accuracy, and exam performance in a consistent and effective way.
I also focus strongly on exam preparation strategies such as shortcut methods, question pattern analysis, and time management techniques. Students learn how to approach both simple and complex problems with confidence. My goal is to build strong mathematical thinking and help students score high marks while developing a genuine understanding of the subject.
